A 3 Night mental and physical reset in Campania, Southern Italy.
Through mountain hikes, strength training, Pilates, yoga, meditation, chef-prepared food, and deep recovery, this is your space to step away from the noise and return to yourself.
The Reset Retreat is a luxury 3 night wellness and performance experience in Campania, Southern Italy — hosted by Alex Pipe in collaboration with Salus House.
Created for a small group of guests, the retreat is designed to help you step away from the pressure of daily life and return to yourself through movement, recovery, nourishment, reflection, and deep rest.
Across the experience, you’ll move through mountain hikes, strength training, Pilates, yoga, guided meditation, chef-prepared meals, poolside recovery, and mindset work designed to calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your body, energy, and direction.
Every part of the retreat is intentional — the villa, the food, the movement, the stillness, the landscape, and the people. This is not just time away. It is space to reset.
Hosted at a farmhouse , nestled on a hilltop, surrounded by 1820 olive groves and vineyards of Aglianico grapes. We look forward to welcoming you.
Every session, every space, and every moment of your stay is designed to bring you back to centre — through movement, recovery, nourishment, stillness, and connection.
A private villa in Southern Italy, selected for comfort, calm, and space to fully switch off. Expect beautiful interiors, outdoor dining, peaceful surroundings, and room to reset without distraction.
Slow mornings, poolside recovery, and quiet moments between sessions. The pool becomes part of the reset — a place to rest, reflect, cool down, and reconnect with your body.
Daily yoga and Pilates sessions designed to improve mobility, posture, breath, strength, and body awareness. Suitable for all levels, with a focus on feeling restored rather than exhausted.
Guided breathwork, body-scan meditation, and evening wind-down sessions. Learn tools you'll carry far beyond the retreat.
Small-group strength and conditioning sessions led with purpose. Expect intelligent training using bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and functional movement — built to energise, not break you.
Guided walks and hikes through the landscapes of Campania, with mountain views, fresh air, and space to clear the mind. Movement, nature, and stillness come together as part of the reset.
I've been a coach for 14 years.
In that time I've trained hundreds of people through every kind of transformation — physical, mental, and the harder one nobody talks about: learning how to actually slow down.
And the pattern I see most isn't a lack of effort. It's a lack of space. Driven, health-conscious people who train hard and work harder, but who are so deep in the noise of daily life that they never fully switch off. Never fully recover. Never quite get back to themselves.
The Reset Retreat is everything I know, built into four days.
Before coaching took over my life, I worked in event management and luxury hospitality — so the standard of this experience matters to me as much as the programming. The villa, the food, the flow of each day, the small details you don't notice but feel.
Nothing here is an afterthought.
This is the first Reset Retreat. I'm hosting every session, leading every workshop, and sitting at the head of every long table dinner. We're going all in to make it something special — and the small group of people who join this first one become part of that story.
"I built this because I know how easy it is to stay constantly switched on. For four days, everything is taken care of — so you can train, eat well, recover properly, and go home clearer than you've felt in years."

Everything you need is included:
You'll fly into Naples International Airport (NAP), also known as Naples Capodichino. It's the closest airport to the retreat villa in Campania.
Recommended flight times and collection windows will be shared with all confirmed guests — we'll make sure you have everything you need to plan your travel.
Yes. Group airport transfers to and from Naples are included in your retreat price at the arranged collection times.
Arrival: Thursday 22 October. Departure: Sunday 25 October. Exact pickup times will be confirmed in your pre-retreat information pack.
Yes — flights are not included and you'll book these independently. Once your place is confirmed, we'll send you the recommended arrival and departure windows so you can plan accordingly.
London Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted, and Luton all have direct routes to Naples. Journey time is typically around 2.5 hours.
Yes — all dietary requirements are catered for. Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or have allergies or specific preferences, our private chef will accommodate you fully.
You'll be asked to share your requirements at the time of booking. If anything changes before the retreat, just let us know and we'll update the chef accordingly.
All meals are prepared by a private chef using fresh, seasonal, Mediterranean ingredients. The food is designed to be generous, nourishing, and genuinely enjoyable — not diet food.
Expect colourful, protein-conscious meals that support energy and recovery throughout the retreat. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included, along with appropriate snacks and refreshments between sessions.
On Day 3, there's a hearty chef-cooked breakfast after the morning strength session — one of the highlights of the weekend.
No specific fitness level is required. All sessions are designed to be accessible to a range of abilities and are adapted to the group on the day.
This is not a bootcamp. The goal is to leave feeling stronger and restored — not broken. Whether you train regularly or you've been meaning to get back into it, the retreat meets you where you are.
Each day is structured but never rushed. A typical full day at The Reset:
Rest is built into every day — poolside time and quiet space are part of the programme, not an afterthought.
The programme is designed to work as a whole and we encourage full participation — that's where the real value comes from.
That said, if you need to step back from a session at any point — whether that's fatigue, how your body feels, or simply needing more rest — that's always respected. You'll never be pushed past what's right for you.
Absolutely — the majority of guests come alone and it's one of the most common ways people join. The group is small (9 people maximum), personally curated, and the retreat format naturally creates genuine connection from the very first evening.
By Friday morning, you won't feel like you came alone. Most solo guests say meeting the group is one of the highlights of the experience.
Yes. The retreat is designed to offer both community and personal space. Every day includes free time — by the pool, in your room, or simply sitting in the Italian countryside.
Group activities are shared but never forced. You'll always have your own room (or a shared twin if you've chosen the shared room option) and time to decompress privately throughout each day.
Yes — travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests. Make sure your policy covers the retreat dates, the destination (Italy), and any physical activities included in the programme such as hiking and exercise.
We cannot be held responsible for costs arising from cancelled travel, medical expenses, or personal property — insurance is there to protect you.
The retreat is intentionally small — a maximum of 9 guests. This is by design. A small group means more personal attention, a more genuine atmosphere, and a far better experience than a large group could offer.
Spaces will not be exceeded to preserve the quality of the experience for everyone.
October in Campania is genuinely beautiful — warm, sunny days with temperatures typically between 18–24°C. Warm enough for the pool and outdoor sessions without the intensity of summer heat.
Evenings can be cooler so bring a light layer for after dinner. Rain is possible but uncommon in early October. It's one of the best times of year to be in Southern Italy.
A full packing guide will be sent to all confirmed guests. As a general guide:
The retreat is hosted by Alex Pipe — a coach with 14 years of experience in personal training, mindset coaching, and lifestyle transformation. Alex leads the full guest experience from strength sessions and mindset workshops to the overall flow and energy of the retreat.
The retreat is delivered in collaboration with Salus House, a luxury gym and wellness community in Sidcup, which brings its brand, community, and performance standards to the experience.
You'll be supported throughout by a small specialist team including a Pilates instructor, yoga and breathwork facilitator, private chef, and a local hiking guide.
